Your Responsibilities

- Lead cross functional teams to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive go to market plan for the Public Sector vertical
- Work collaboratively with the Public Sector Area Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Management and Direct Response
- Representatives to develop, create and maintain a lead generation marketing plan that supports the objectives of the region and the strategy of the company
- Management of all marketing activities/programs within the US Public Sector sales area
- Use good judgment to apply the appropriate parts of the marketing mix to cover the following areas:
o Industry Lead Generation
- Create and execute programs for Public Sector industry that generate a targeted number of leads, to be pursued by sales. Analyze results of the programs and make recommendations
- Public Sector Marketing Program Development & Execution
- Drive and manage development and execution of Public Sector-specific business solution marketing programs with business units and field teams
o Awareness
- Ensure that all programs increases awareness and understanding of the company's products, goals and vision. This requires working within the standards and strategies developed by corporate marketing
o Partner Marketing
- Work with selected the Alliances Team and partners to co-operatively and cost-effectively participate in demand creation and awareness raising activities
- Internal Communication
- Ensure that the all parties are fully aware of and participating in marketing activities, where necessary. Ensure that sales organization is well informed as to what the company and the world-wide marketing team is trying to achieve
o Use of external resources

- Build collaborative relationships with the area sales organizations to ensure their understanding of the TAM value proposition, and to assist with effective positioning of the TAM program to customers

Technical Architecture Managers are looked to as thought leaders both by the customers they serve and within Informatica Professional Services (IPS). For customers, this means the TAM is expected to present new concepts, drive strategy, and find opportunities to expand the value of the Informatica Platform. Within IPS, TAMs actively participate in continuous improvement of key deliverables, refinement and additions to the Velocity methodology, contribution to the IPS Knowledgebase, and coaching/mentoring of other colleagues within the Practice.

Members of the TAM organization must be willing to travel throughout the US up to 75%. When not traveling to a client site team members will be able to work from home.

Your Qualifications
- Must possess combination of technical depth, written/verbal communication, and client management skills
- Must demonstrate expert-level knowledge of PowerCenter, as well as a strong working knowledge of all Informatica products
